BAYPORT, Minn. , Oct. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Andersen and Lepage Millwork today announced that Lepage Millwork will acquire the Fenêtres MQ Inc. business from Andersen with a target closing date in December 2026.

The transaction brings Fenêtres MQ Inc., a custom luxury window and door brand serving customers across North America, under the ownership of Lepage Millwork, a family-owned Canadian fenestration leader specializing in high-end, custom-crafted wood and aluminum-clad wood windows and doors.

Founded in 1975, Fenêtres MQ Inc. has built a reputation for design excellence, technical performance, and bold architectural expression through custom luxury wood, aluminum-clad wood, steel and bronze windows and doors. Andersen acquired Fenêtres MQ Inc. from its original founder in 2017.

The Fenêtres MQ business will continue serving homeowners, builders, designers, developers and architects through its sales and service presence across North America and with manufacturing excellence in Spilimbergo, Italy.
