Studio IX Collective will create high-energy experiences surrounding major sports tentpoles and cultural moments, connecting athletes, trailblazers, executives, creators, fans and the next generation. Each experience will bring together live conversations, original content, podcasts, fashion, music, interactive programming, STEM labs, community engagement and meaningful brand activations.
“USA TODAY Co.’s women’s sports vertical, Studio IX, is dedicated to elevating the stories, athletes and voices shaping the future of women’s sports,” said Alicia DelGallo, USA TODAY Network Editorial Director of Sports and Head of USA TODAY Studio IX. “Studio IX Collective builds on that mission. We’re using the power of sports to open doors for women and girls through STEM, education, thought leadership and connection. We want to create experiences that spark curiosity, expand what girls believe is possible and build a community where women and girls know they belong and have a role in shaping what comes next.”
“Women’s sports do not need just another panel in a ballroom. They need experiences that feel alive, relevant and impossible to ignore,” said Lydia Davies, Founder and CEO of Osprey Collective. “Studio IX Collective is designed to put extraordinary women, emerging talent and the next generation in the same room and give brands a meaningful way to participate in what comes next.”
“Studio IX Collective builds on and enhances SEICon’s spirit of collaboration, celebrating and connecting the women leaders of today with the talent shaping tomorrow,” said Tiffany Sorensen, Executive Director and Co-Founder of SEICon.
Studio IX Collective provides brands flexible ways to engage across the full series or individual events. Brands can align with the moments, audiences and themes most relevant to them, while extending that connection through original content, social media, video and the power of the USA TODAY Network. The series will also create additional opportunities for athletes, broadcasters, creators, executives and emerging voices to engage directly with fans and communities.
