Lentech Names Ryan Rohr Chief Growth Officer to Lead Next Phase of Growth

ELKRIDGE, MD, UNITED STATES, September 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Lentech, Inc., a 100% employee-owned provider of technology and engineering solutions to the federal government, announced today that Ryan Rohr has joined the company as Chief Growth Officer (CGO).

As Lentech CGO, Rohr will lead Lentech’s corporate growth strategy, with responsibility for strengthening the company’s market position, expanding client relationships, and advancing strategic partnerships.

Rohr brings 19 years of federal market experience spanning business development, capture, strategy, operations, and enterprise transformation across Defense, Civilian, and National Security markets. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for more than $4 billion in contract wins and has led organizations through significant improvements in pipeline development, win rates, revenue growth, and operational performance.

Most recently, Rohr served as Chief Strategy Officer for Thomson Reuters Special Services, where he established growth and operational functions, expanded the company’s qualified pipeline, increased average deal size, and helped strengthen its competitive position. His previous leadership experience includes senior positions with Empower AI and ASRC Federal.
